Order your alterations on our website. Based on your needs and their availability, Tilli will assign your request to one of its professional couturiers.

You will then receive a confirmation email for an appointment that matches your availability

On the day of the appointment, your couturier arrives directly at your place to take measurements, pin, and offer you the best advice. You'll always have the option to add or remove garments as you wish during this appointment with your Tilli Artisan.

You will only be charged the total amount of your order following this initial appointment.

Your Tilli Artisan delivers your altered clothes at the agreed-upon place and time as scheduled. Once they ensure everything fits perfectly, you can start using your items!

If adjustments are needed, your Tilli Artisan will take care of them before returning the items to you.

Get an initial estimate on our website by specifying the type of items and services you need.

You will then receive an order confirmationand the shipping label for your package via email.

Place your items in a box or pouch and affix the shipping label on the outside. Then, drop off your package at the selected drop-off point.

To save on shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your items with those of your family, friends, or neighbours ;)

We will notify you as soon as our workshop receives your items, then our Tilli Artisans will finalize the quote with you.

If adjustments are needed, your Tilli Artisan will reach out via email or during a virtual appointment.

We repair and return your items within 7 to 15 days after you approved the final quote. You will receive them within 2 to 3 business days, either at a pick-up point or directly to your doorstep, depending on your chosen delivery method.
