it works
Home Service
A 3-step journey:
1- Book an appointment
Order your alterations on our website. Based on your needs and their availability, Tilli will assign your request to one of its professional couturiers.
You will then receive a confirmation email for an appointment that matches your availability
2- Welcome your artisan to your home
On the day of the appointment, your couturier arrives directly at your place to take measurements, pin, and offer you the best advice. You'll always have the option to add or remove garments as you wish during this appointment with your Tilli Artisan.
You will only be charged the total amount of your order following this initial appointment.
3- Collect back your pieces
Your Tilliste will return your retouched pieces to the location agreed at the first appointment, on the date and at the time previously set. Once you're satisfied that his work is to your satisfaction, you can enjoy your items!
If adjustments are needed, your Tilli Artisan will take care of them before returning the items to you.
Parcel service
A 4-step journey
1- Assess your pieces
Get an initial estimate on our website by specifying the type of items and services you need.
You will then receive an order confirmationand the shipping label for your package via email.
2- Ship your parcel
Place your items in a box or pouch and affix the shipping label on the outside. Then, drop off your package at the selected drop-off point.
To save on shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your items with those of your family, friends, or neighbours ;)
3- Approve the final quote
We will notify you as soon as our workshop receives your items, then our Tilli Artisans will finalize the quote with you.
If adjustments are needed, your Tilli Artisan will reach out via email or during a virtual appointment.
4- Receive your pieces back
We repair and return your items within 3 to 5 days after the final quote is approved. You will receive them within 7 to 15 working days at a drop-off point or directly at your place, depending on the chosen delivery method.
