You'll then receive confirmation and a postage slip by e-mail.

Post your parcel
Slide your coins into a cardboard box or pouch and stick the postage label on the outside.
Then drop off your parcel at your chosen drop-off point.

Validate the final quote
We will inform you as soon as our workshop has received your parts.
Our Tillistes then validate the estimate with you and contact you by e-mail or videoconference if any adjustments are necessary.

Receive your pieces
We repair and return your parts within 7 to 15 days after validation of the quotation.
You will receive them in a relay point or at home within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen.
