your service
Tell us what you want fixed or altered (clothes, decoration, bags & shoes) and get a first quote in less than 2 minutes

Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive the shipping label for your parcel by e-mail.
Place your items in a cardboard box and stick the label on the outside. Then drop off your parcel at the chosen collection point.
To reduce transport costs, we advise you to group your products with those of your family, friends or neighbors ;)

Send off your items from France to our in-house Parisian ateliers or book an appointment directly at your home if we have an artisan onsite

We will notify you as soon as our workshop receives your items, then our Tilli Artisans will finalize the quote with you.
Should any adjustments be necessary, your maker will contact you by e-mail or during a virtual meeting.

Once you've validated your final estimate, we'll repair and return your parts within 3 to 5 days. You'll receive them within 2 to 3 working days, either in a drop-off point or directly at your home, depending on the chosen delivery method you.

Repair sneakers
Sneakers, which are often used daily, can suffer minor damage, such as stuck zippers, torn eyelets, or worn buckles and elastics. These small problems should not condemn your favorite shoes.
