Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive the shipping label for your parcel by e-mail.
Place your items in a cardboard box and stick the label on the outside. Then drop off your parcel at the chosen collection point.
To reduce transport costs, we advise you to group your products with those of your family, friends or neighbors ;)

We inform you as soon as our workshop has received your parts, then our makers validate the final estimate with you.
Should any adjustments be necessary, your maker will contact you by e-mail or during a virtual meeting.

Once you've validated your final estimate, we'll repair and return your parts within 3 to 5 days. You'll receive them within 2 to 3 working days, either in a drop-off point or directly at your home, depending on the chosen delivery method you.

Restoring a leather bag
Leather is a living material that becomes more delicate over time and needs regular care. Yet, through wear or occasional mishaps, it can get damaged, torn, or even cracked. No worries ! Unless it's an exceptional case, leather is repairable. Let us guide you through it !
