Last week, LVMH announced its latest prestigious collaboration with the Paris 2024 Olympic Committee. And there are so many wonderful things to tell you about it!
Louis Vuitton's uniform team designed the outfits for the medal bearers, inspired by the "Les Garçonnes" trend, which recalls the last Paris Olympic Games in 1924.
The outfits were created as part of LVMH's Circularity Closed Loop, in which the Weturn team has been an active participant for many years.
A remarkable detail: the beret and polo shirt are made from 100% recycled cotton felpa, sourced from scraps collected in French workshops and mills, and knitted in France.
The finishing touch to this collaborative, circular jigsaw puzzle was provided by TILLI's "superheroes", who fitted the 300 outfits for all the volunteers.
Many thanks to the Olympic Committee and LVMH for entrusting TILLI with the finishing touches to this exceptional, creative, collaborative and highly sustainable project.
Let the games begin! 🇫🇷
