How to get your clothes/curtains retouched safely during curfew

Curfews, lockdowns, shop closures... It's sometimes difficult to get to grips with these new directives, particularly when it comes to services for private individuals such as those offered by Tilli.

Fortunately for you (and for us), your wardrobe
will not be impacted by covid!
In fact,
our alterations service will continue to operate as normal and you can safely welcome your private dressmaker into your home. We explain everything in the following article.

Open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

And yes, our Tillistes continue to work the same hours as usual, i.e. 7 days a week and from 7am to 10pm! So there is no curfew at Tilli and you can call on one of them in the evening, once the curfew hour has passed.

So there's no reason to stress if you've cracked your jeans and are finishing too late to take them to a fitter. Thanks to the professional certifications available, we are
authorised to visit your home until 10pm every day. It's still super comfortable!"

What's more, if you can't have your friends over, you can have a Tillist over, and they won't have to sleep at your place!

Strict health precautions

Rest assured that our teams follow a strict protocol to avoid any contamination.
Naturally, each Tillist wears a
masque, disinfects hands whenever necessary and keeps as much distancing as possible.

As for
contacts, they are limited as much as possible. To do this, you will, for example, talk for longer than usual by phone which will minimise physical contact during the appointment.

Other
rules have been passed on to our Tillistes such as putting your clothes through the hot iron or regularly disinfecting their sewing machine.

We have
a clear protocol and make it a point of honour to respect it.
