Parcel service

Diagnose your pieces

Make a first estimate on our website by indicating the type of pieces and services you want.

You will then receive a confirmation of your order and the shipping label for your parcel by email.

Post your parcel

Place your items in a cardboard box or envelope and stick the label on the outside. Then drop off your parcel at the chosen collection point.

To reduce transport costs, we advise you to group your products with those of your family, friends or neighbors ;)

Validate the final quote

We inform you as soon as our workshop has received your parts, then our makers validate the final estimate with you.

Should any adjustments be necessary, your Tilliste will contact you by e-mail or during a virtual meeting.

Receive your pieces

We repair and return your parts within 7 to 15 days after the final estimate validation.
You'll receive them within 2 to 3 working days, either in a drop-off point or directly at your home, depending on the chosen delivery method.
