World Recycling Day: Working together for a sustainable future! ♻️

Today, 18 March, we celebrate World Recycling Day and take a look at the key figures. In 2022, France collected 260,403 tonnes of textiles and footwear. Although this figure increases every year, less than a quarter of used textiles are actually recycled. The majority is still thrown away, incinerated or landfilled, generating considerable pollution.

Every year, France wastes €442 million on discarded clothes that could be repaired or reused. This waste represents a lost opportunity for the circular economy.

That's what TILLI is all about:

Favoring repair and maintenance to extend the life of clothes, save CO2 and reduce waste.
